Who provides the service
GBP Masters is a division of CYBERNOX AI. We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with Google. Google Business Profile is itself available without charge. Autopilot fees are for our software and automation service.
Your account and authority
You must be authorized to manage the business you connect. Use Google’s secure sign-in and supply accurate business information. Never share your Google password or verification codes with us.
What the plan includes
The proposed plan is CA$99 per month for one business location. It includes up to 8 Google post drafts and 100 new review-reply drafts in each rolling 30-day window, up to 4 description drafts, and NOX AI assistance limited to 20 messages per hour and 100 per day. NOX can create one content draft per message within the same plan allowances. Unused draft allowances do not roll over. Creating a draft counts toward the allowance even if you dismiss it. Eligible drafts may be published under your permissions; blocked or unsupported content is not guaranteed to publish.
Your automation permissions
You separately authorize automatic Google posts and eligible positive-review replies. With those switches off, work remains in draft. Description updates need individual approval. We do not automatically change business names, addresses, ownership, categories or hours, and do not automatically reverse Google’s changes. We may pause an action when the result cannot be confirmed or further owner input is needed.
NOX account assistance
NOX uses your connected profile and confirmed facts to answer questions, check profile completeness and prepare content. It can propose publishing, automation settings, business-fact changes, cancellation and disconnection. These changes require the exact approval shown in the conversation. An approval expires after 15 minutes and is checked again before execution. NOX cannot complete owner verification, guarantee rankings, remove customer reviews or perform unsupported tasks. A profile completeness check is not a ranking report.
AI content and business facts
AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for confirming the business facts you provide and reviewing items sent for approval. Do not provide confidential customer records or content you are not permitted to use. We do not guarantee rankings, reinstatement, search placement, sales or uninterrupted third-party service.
Billing and cancellation
When checkout becomes available, it will show the recurring charge and any applicable tax before you pay. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel renewal through the billing portal. Pausing automation does not cancel billing. Disconnecting Google also requests cancellation of future renewal. Refund requests are assessed under the applicable terms and any non-waivable consumer rights; contact maxmann@cybernox.ai for payment disputes or exceptional support.
Disconnection and records
You can disconnect in Settings. Future automated work stops, Google access is removed, and stored profile facts and drafts are cleared from the active workspace. Content already published on Google is not deleted. Limited billing and account records may remain as needed to manage the subscription and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Service availability
Google verification, access restrictions or third-party outages can require your action or temporarily interrupt tasks. The app reports failures and does not represent unconfirmed changes as successful. See our privacy notice for information handling.
